Fix TikTok campaigns before the budget is gone
Freshlytics runs your TikTok Ads accounts through the official TikTok Marketing API: launch campaigns in bulk, keep product catalogs healthy, watch spend, CPA and creative fatigue between refreshes, and act on what you find — across every account you manage.

The problem
TikTok doesn't leak budget slowly. It leaks it in a day.
Creative lifecycles are short, delivery is fast, and the numbers that matter are spread across ad accounts, Business Center and spreadsheets. By the time a weekly report shows the drop, the money is already spent.
Creatives burn out fast
A hook that carried a campaign last week can lose most of its CTR in a few days. Frequency climbs, hold rate drops, CPA follows — and the ad group looks fine until it suddenly doesn't.
Budgets pace unevenly
Ad groups can spend most of the daily budget in the cheapest hours and leave your best converting window unfunded. Daily totals hide it; hourly pacing shows it immediately.
Manual checks don't scale
Five accounts, forty ad groups, a few hundred creatives. Opening every account twice a day is not a strategy — and it is the first thing that slips when the team is busy.
What you get
One workspace for every TikTok Ads account you run
Freshlytics turns raw TikTok reporting data into the decisions a media buyer actually makes: scale it, refresh the creative, fix the pacing, or stop it.
Cross-account reporting
Every ad account, campaign, ad group and ad in one table, refreshed every 15 minutes, with your own target CPA and ROAS applied consistently everywhere.
Creative fatigue radar
Per-creative CTR decay, frequency and hold-rate trends, so you replace a hook because the curve says so — not because someone felt like it.
Budget pacing
Hourly spend curves against target pace, plus reallocation suggestions between ad groups that share a goal — before the day is over, not after.
Rules with guardrails
Pause, scale or cap spend on your conditions — with change limits, protected ad groups and a dry-run mode that shows what a rule would have done last week.
Alerts that arrive in time
Spend spikes, CPA drift, rejected ads, learning-phase exits and paused delivery — pushed to Slack, Telegram or email within minutes of the sync that found them.
Bulk campaign launch
Build accounts × audiences × creatives as a matrix, validate it, then publish campaigns, ad groups and ads through the API in one action.
Catalogs and feeds
Sync product catalogs, spot rejected and out-of-stock products, and see what the broken rows were costing you in delivery.
Exports and webhooks
Scheduled CSV and Google Sheets exports, plus webhooks into your own BI or attribution stack. Your numbers stay portable.
Creative fatigue radar
Know which hook is dying while it still has budget left
Freshlytics tracks every active creative across your accounts and scores it on the signals that actually predict decline: CTR trend against its own baseline, 3-second hold rate, frequency growth and cost-per-result drift.
- Per-creative decay curves instead of account averages
- Fatigue verdicts you can act on: scale, refresh the hook, or replace
- Compares new creatives against the ones they replaced
- Groups duplicated creatives across ad groups and accounts

Automation, carefully
Rules that can't run away with your budget
Automation on ad platforms fails in one of two ways: it does nothing useful, or it does something drastic at 3 a.m. Freshlytics rules are built for the second problem.
- Every rule has a minimum-spend condition, so it never reacts to noise
- Change limits per ad group per day, and protected ad groups that rules can never touch
- Dry-run mode replays a rule over the last 7–30 days before you enable it
- Approval mode: Freshlytics proposes, you confirm, only then is anything written back
- Full audit log of every change, with the metric values that triggered it
Rule: protect CPA on scaling ad groups
How it works
Connected in minutes, useful from the first sync
Authorize
You approve Freshlytics in TikTok Business Center through the official OAuth flow and pick exactly which ad accounts it may read.
Sync
We pull campaign, ad group, ad and creative reporting through the TikTok Marketing API and keep it fresh every 15 minutes.
Analyze
Your targets are applied across accounts, fatigue and pacing models run, and every ad group gets a clear signal instead of a wall of metrics.
Act
Get alerts and recommendations — and, when you switch it on, let approved rules apply budget, bid or status changes for you.
Where we draw the line
What Freshlytics does not do
An advertising tool earns trust by being specific about its limits. These are ours, and they are enforced in the product, not just written here.
- No scraping, no browser automation, no unofficial endpoints. Every call goes through the official TikTok Marketing API under the advertiser's own authorization.
- No organic posting, following or engagement. Comment moderation happens only on your own ads, only when you ask for it.
- No access to direct messages, follower lists or a TikTok user's profile data.
- No selling, sharing or aggregating your data into benchmarks for other customers. Customer lists and lead data are processed for you and nobody else.
- Nothing is created or changed in your ad accounts until you publish a batch, approve a recommendation or switch on a rule.

FAQ
Common questions
Is Freshlytics affiliated with TikTok?
No. Freshlytics is an independent product built by Noa Digital. We use the official TikTok Marketing API as a third-party developer, under TikTok's developer terms. TikTok does not endorse or sponsor Freshlytics.
What access do you need to my ad accounts?
You authorize Freshlytics through TikTok Business Center and choose exactly which ad accounts it may access. Because the platform both reports and builds, it requests read access for reporting, creatives, catalogs and diagnostics, and write access for the things you ask it to create — campaigns, creatives, catalogs, audiences and budget changes. Nothing is written until you publish or approve it. Every permission and its reason is listed in the permissions table.
Do you store my creatives or customer data?
We store campaign structure, performance metrics, the creatives you upload, and catalog and product data. Where you use custom audiences, lead forms or server-side events, that data belongs to you: we act as your processor, hash identifiers where TikTok requires it, use it for nothing else, and delete it on request. We never receive personal data about the TikTok users who saw or clicked your ads.
Can I try it now?
Freshlytics is in closed beta and we onboard teams manually so we can support them properly. Request access and tell us roughly how many ad accounts and what monthly spend you manage — we reply within two business days.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can disconnect an ad account at any moment, which stops all syncing immediately, and you can revoke Freshlytics inside TikTok Business Center as well. On a deletion request we permanently remove your workspace data within 30 days — see data deletion.
Which platforms do you support besides TikTok?
TikTok Ads only. Freshlytics is deliberately built around one platform's data model, its reporting granularity and its delivery behaviour rather than being a generic multi-channel dashboard.
